Looking for the death information and obituary for Terry Allen Cox, who was living in Louisiana, Missouri, at the time of his death in April 2003. Terry was born August 13, 1944 in Des Moines, Polk Co., Iowa. He was an over-the-road truck driver and died somewhere in Illinois, of an apparent heart attack. Any help greatly appeciated!
