Interested in the family of Frederick Braun. He married Anna Goulde. They had the following children. Frank, Anna, Charles and William. Anna b. 1903, married William Rogers sometime in the 1930's. His name was Clarence William Rogers, but he used William. Anna and William lived in Cambria Heights- St. Albans. They lived just off the Linden Avenue overpass of the Parkway. Any help would be appreciated.

I am researching William Braun born about 1887 married to Mary in Queens county.
Their children were Edward and Wilfred. Wilfred was my paternal grandfather

Yes Thank you. I am assuming this may be her. My big problem with Anna is: When she died in Fl in 1987, she had the most pitiful obit. She was born in NY, moved to Fl and died. Anna was my step-grandmother, I have quite a bit about her, but not her parents. One of her nieces married my father's step brother. Now, I'm rambling. thanks for the help

Hi Patrick

I don't know anything about my Braun's which is rather sad because it is my fathers side. All I have his name Robert Braun, his father Wilfred and mother Anna Mae Stevens , and his grandparents names William Braun. At one point Wilfred Braun moved to New Jersey. And that is where he died.

Last week I had a computer melt down. I thought I had all my genie documents saved to a usb drive but now I find that I lost all my Braun documents which weren't much. I'll have to go download my Ancestry GedCom to find the name of Williams wife. And I'm not even sure if I have the correct parents for Wilfed, there were a few Williams in NY at the time.

Your gransdfather Wilfred is in the 1920 census in Queens with his parents and his brother Edward:

Wallian Braun 33
Mary Braun 28
Edward Braun 12
Wilfred Braun 8

This record seems likely that it is the marriage of your grereat grandparents.

Braun William Dec 25'06 1907 Kings 42
Flevr Mary Dec 25 1906 42 Kings

Good luck in your searches.

Hi Patrick

Is your Fredrick born Oct 1894 parents William & Sophia? If so your Fredrick could be the brother of my William Braun born April 1887 married Mary Lafluer.
