I am seeking information regarding the surnames noted. They
were born and lived in Farmville, Va. I need to know if
any of these families are still living in Farmville, Va.
I found these Names are my families. I am a Biasey, which is
spelt 5 different ways. Clem Biasey is my ggrandfather and
he married Susan Warren.

I did not find the name Biasey in any of the references that I have on hand, although the other names are plentiful. If you provide some first names and a time frame, perhaps I can locate some information.

When you reference the 1870 Census, you will see Clem Byassie b. 1832 along with his children. You will also
see his sister Eveline Byassie b. 1825 living in Farmville, Va.
I am still trying to locate their parents. My grandfather
is Chesley Byassie age 4 in 1870.

Could the initial "C" stand for Clem? Tho also owned two slaves, a 20 year old female and a 0ne year old male.
