Is there any chance that someone can help me get a copy of a marriage certificate. It is for a Reinhold Anton Steffans and Alice Carrie Kinney who married in Norfolk City in 1921. On the grooms list microfilm it show the two names it states "Reinhold Anton Steffans and Alice Carrie Kinney Norfolk City 1921/1385". I don't need a certified copy, just a copy to see if the parents names are listed, etc. Thank you to anyone who is willing to help
