Hello, i was hoping you could check for the Loving(Lovin, Loven, ect)surname. I have a relative named Patrick H Loving born abt 1798 in Prince Edward Co, Va according to the 1850 census. I found him on the 1820 census in Prince Edward, 1830 and 1840 census in Buckingham Co and finally Floyd Co 1850 and 1860. Was wondering if there might be a mention of other Lovings in your records. It might lead to his parents. Thanks so much, Ronnie

There are no "Lovings" in my reference; however there is a "Love", so I will give you what it says:

26 December 1778. Samuel LOVE and Sally Carter, dau. of Theodrick Carter, deceased. Sur. Francis Watkins.
