I am looking for any descendants from Pierce Basebeach and Tabitha Chapman Farley. I have found three children: Henry, Patrick and Elijah Basebeach. Any help appreciated.

I am not able to help with decendants but have seen some info on a Tabitha Farley posted by another individual that lists some children. It seems that Tabitha first married a Chapman and then your Basbeach. You may already know this but in the will of James Farley listed are Stephen and Polly Chapman who would be half-siblings of the 3 children you have found. An excert of that post follows:

...James Farley's parents were James Farley II and Sarah Baldwin. James Farley II will is in Prince Edward Co., VA. Will Bk, 4, page 339. Will written: 15 April 1808. He names his wife as Sarah; Children: Son James Farley; dau. Nancy Farley; dau. Martha Farley; dau. Sally Farley Leigh; dau. Elizabeth Farley Shale, (probably Shell); son Henry Farley; dau Mary Farley Holt; son John Farley; dau. Tabitha Farley, md 1st. Chapmam, 2nd Basrbeach.
Grandchildren: Sally; Tabitha, James, Polly Gildale; Nancy and Giles Holt, children of Mary Holt. Stephan Chapman and Polly Chapman. James Day, son of Robertson C. Day.
Raleigh, John Eliza and Nancy, children of John Farley....

The line I am working on is the John Farley line-Tabitha's brother. I think that John is the 8th and Tabitha is the 9th child of James Farely. John has 3 children-Raleigh Farley is my line- and dies at an early age. If you have any info on John Farley, I would appreciate it.

Might your Pierce Basbeach be the son of John Basebeach who lived in Henrico Co 1700's to 1710's married to Abagail and on the tax record of 1787 of Lunenburg Co. Va.
He had sons, John, Richard, Lodwick, Pierce, and George. Could this be a connection?

My gggg grandfather was JOHN Basbeach born 1721 died abt 1777 in Virginia. I would be interested in any info you might have, I have a copy of his will. Lodwick was in the Revolutionary War, born Jan.28th, 1758 I am related through Lodwicks brother Pierce who married Tabitha Farley. My Uncle has done a lot of reaserch on this family but I would like to know more about where they lived and about the plantation mentioned in Johns will which he bequethed to Lodwick. Kind Regards,
