Washington State Lind/Lund's

Re: Washington State Lind/Lund's
Hi Katrina, I found the Peter and Annie Lund family in the 1900 Seattle Census the same as before. I thought their children having the last name of Lind was a mistake but maybe it was intentional. Maybe they wanted to change their last name to Lind?
Anyway, I searched for the children using the Lind surname and in the 1910 Seattle Census I found the following;
Minnie Lind, daughter [but no parents listed], 19, b. WA, both parents born in Sweden, single, occupation-unknown and Harry, son, b. WA, 13, occupation-inmate reform school.
a Harry Lind born March 9, 1897, died August, 1970, Seattle. Source: Social Security Death Records.
I wonder if the parents died in Seattle prior to July 1, 1907 when death certificates were required. I'd contact the Seattle Genealogical Society, www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~waseags/ who does research and see what they can find. Successful Searching!
