Stealing 13lbs of cheese at the property of David Dunn in Dudley, and a waistcoat belonging to Peter Williams. A certificate of previous convictions was put against him and 'saving their honours trouble' he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to seven years transportation, with intimation that he would be sent to the state penitentiary.
