Surnames: SMILEY, SMYLIE, SMYLY, CAMPBELL
Esther SMILEY (var. SMYLIE, SMYLY) emigrated from Co. Tyrone, Ireland circa 1890. She was born c. 1865 to James SMILEY and Elizabeth (aka Betty) CAMPBELL. Our family lost track of her (my great aunt, who was her niece said that no letters were ever received from Esther).
We don't know where she emigrated to in Australia, hence the problem in trying to figure out what happened to her.
I am hoping that there is an Australian marriage or death on Esther. If she married, I suspect it would've taken place circa 1890s.
I'd appreciate any research suggestions.
