Gulsvik family from Hallingdal: Descended from Sigurd Mund?

Does anyone have any information on the theory that the family who owned the Gulsvik farm in Fla, Hallingdal was directly descended from Sigurd Mund? I have been told that Sigurd Mund's daughter Helge married Hjarande Gunnarsen Hvit. Their son Gunnar was the founder of the Gulsvik family farm in Fla. I can't verify any of this, but I am interested to know if it could be true. I have the entire line, if anyone is interested. Thanks very much.
