Searching for Johnson ancestors from Stockholm or Halsland
I am looking for any information on my greatgrandmother and her family. Her name was Augusta Sophia Johnson (American spelling) She was born in February 1870 or 1871 in Halsland. She came to United States in 1892 arriving in Elkhart, Indiana. Her mother's name was Christina, father unknown. Her sisters names were Anna K. born 1882, Esther M. born 1890, and a brother named Gustaf. They also came to U.S. in 1890's. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
