I AM WONDERING IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO OBTAIN ADDRESSES AND OR PHONE LISTINGS IN BOLIVIA? I feel sure they must keep some sort of records, am seeking information on the Powell family that left Texas in early 1900 and fled to Bolivia. Apparently a wagon train with valuable cargo, that was treasure of the emperor of Mexico, Maxmillian, this train was robbed and the treasures were hidden in the Castle Gap Mountains in Texas....supposedly buried in Caves. The family story is that Thomas Powell and his sons apparently may have found some of this treasure and thought if they would sell out the business and go to Bolivia so they could experience the good life, this family, a man, his wife Louisa Johnson Powell and their children just dissapeared and were never heard from again. We have contacted the Bolivian consulate seeking only documentation that would show us the Powell family was there or not. They have not been too helpful........just am wondering if anyone anywhere knows how to obtain any information like this, please help
