Coleman Belmont was born in France and married Ventianna Calderon from Spain. They had at least 2 sons: Harry (my grandfather) born Dec 1868 Pau, France and Max born 11 March 1871 Vienna. Coleman and Vientanna died when boys were young leaving them to live separately with other family members. Would like to know how I find birth certificates for Coleman and Harry and marriage certificate for Coleman and Vientanna.
