The Jouet's or Jouett's that came to America were Huguenots.
Escaped to England and the USA Toe save their lives.

Wondering if you are related to Le Compte De Jouet (french count)/ Fred Jowett/ Benjamine Jowett or if your family originated from Jouet-sur-l'Aubois?
