So I am trying to find connections here. I find it interesting that this John Mauss came to America in the same year as my Wendall Zuck... Wendall's sister Ann Marie was marrried to a Joseph Mauss. Wendall Zuck also came to America in 1872 he lived in Boston, his Uncle Wendal Wagner settled there. There are others that went to Nebraska...where there were other Wagners...
I find it interesting that this is the second passport application so he went back to Liedersheidt more than once? Would love to know why?
Anne Marie and Joseph Mauss had a daugher Catherine b. 1875. She married Jean Megel in 1896 in Liederscheidt. I would also love to find information on that marraige.
