I need help researching the surname
Hertz from
Lyon. My great-grandfather was
Henri Hertz, born in
Lyon France about 1837. He married Barbara
Obendorf in
Paris possibly and immigrated to
America about 1857.
I would appreciate hearing from anyone having information on this family. They became
Hart in
America, settling in
