My g-grandmother was born in 1874(73)as our records indicate St. Pierre et Miquelon. We have her last name as "De lambley" (lay), which I know is incorrect. It may be Lambily, Lambilly or Lebailly (lot of names got corrupted in immigration) She immigrated to the United State in 1894 and settled in Boston Massachusetts. First Marriage was to a Charles Edgerly of New Hampshire, second Married to Robert Joseph Slaney of Newfoundland. She had issue with both marriages. My mother remembers Adele,(who died in 1950 in Seattle Washington USA)and a few stories she told her - as she was born in France (that is true) and related to a count or nobilty - which is questionable. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
