Hello... My name is Michelle Poortvliet. Married Craig Thomas Poortvliet. We both grew up in Roseville, MI. His Father's name is Thomas J Poortvliet... grew up in Grand Rapids. Apparently his father's name is John Poortvliet. That's as much as I know.
