Et allocate compotanti pro sexaginta marcis solutes per compotantem domino regi pro warda terrarum de Ochtre, ADAIRE, et KYLNNAHELT, ex eo quod dictus compotans dicta warda minime gaudebat, testante domino rege per suas literas sub signeto et subscripcione ostensas super compotum, et precipiente in eisdem literis auditoribus scaccarii prefatam summam sibi allocari, xl li."
p.199. AD1456. ADAIR (Adaire, Aydair), Christian, widow of Gilbert Kennedy, has Altoun for terce. "Et eidem, de firmis terrarum de Altoune, que fuerant olim tenandia terrarum de QUHILTIS, spectancium ad quondam Gilbertum Kenedy de QUHILTIS, et quas idem in minibus quondam ultimi Willelmi comitis de Douglas ad perpetuam remanenciam pure et simpliciter resignavit, et quas terras de Altoun uxor dicti quondam Gilberti (Kenedy de Quhiltis) habet pro tercia sua dicti dominii de QUHILTIS assignatas, de terminis hujus compoti, v li. Et eidem, de firmis terrarum de CALLONES, que sunt in minibus Fergusii McGauch (McEachern) ex impingneracione dicti quondam Gilberti Kenedy, et que sunt de dicto dominio de QUHILTIS, et de proprietate domini Regis post relaxacionem dicte impingneracionis, de eisdem terminis, l s."
