I have an
ADEY family in my tree, way back in 1851 census. They lived in Wednesfield and were keymakers & locksmiths.
Lived in Rookery Street, Wednesfield at time of 1851, 1861, 1871, 1881 and 1891 and 1901 censuses.

ADEY (1832) married Julia ______ of Wednesfield, Children: Elizabeth Ann (1858), John Joshua (1860), Laura (1864), Edith Jane (1866),
Rosanna(h) (1870) and Alice L (1880).
William
ADEY (1824) married Eliza ________ of Wednesfield. They appear to not have had any children.
Joseph
ADEY (1840) married Anne ________ of Wednesfield. Children: Elizabeth (1862), Sarah (1867), Emma (1871), John (1875), Frank (1877), Benjamin (1879) and Ann (1883).
