ROCCO WAS MY UNCLE. HE DROVE A MOVING VAN MOST OF THE TIME.HE WAS MARRIED TO A POLISH GIRL NAMED OLGA. THEY HAD TWO CHILDREN, RONALD AND NORMA. ROCCO PASSED AWAY MANY YEARS AGO OF HEART PROBLEMS. RONALD ALSO. NORMA STILL LIVES IN THE SUBURBS OF CHICAGO.
SORRY THIS REPLY IS MANY YEARS OVERDUE. I HAVE MUCH MORE INFORMATION ON THE WHOLE FAMILY.
I AM THINKING THAT YOU MUST BE A DAUGHTER OR GRANDDAUGHTER OF ONE OF MY AUNTS.

Hello, THANK YOU for responding. I 'wish' I knew something about the Anastasia Family, but I do not. All I sadly know is that Anthony Anastasia July 25, 1908 -
April 17, 1978

Anthony married my Cousin, Frances Sioli whose Parents are
Giuseppe Sioli and Annunziata Tantone. Annunziata is my Grandfather Michele Tantone's Sister. I often refer to Family in present terms rather than say he or she 'Was'

I am the grandaughter of Pasquale Anastasia. My father was Anthony Anastasia and my Mother was Nancy (Landi) Anastasia,
Both deceased. I have been trying to find some family history to my Grandfather Pasquale. Now I know where our heritage stems from. If you have any more information that you would like to share I would be happy to hear from you.

My Father Anthony Anastasia married my mother Nancy(Annunziata) Landi.( Lau
My father's parent were Pasquale Anastasia, mother was Madeline Anastasia. (I do not recall her maden name.) Her sisters were: Mary LaRotonda,and Carmella DeBiso. They took residence in Buffalo in 1930. They live on 824 West Avenue--about 2 houses from the Blue Bird Bakery. My grandfather worked for the city of Buffalo. My father had 7 sisters and 1 brother. His sister were: Edith Pezzino, Theresa Pezzino, Josephine Bova (still living) Mary Provino, Florence Julian,(still living) Mildred Shaffer, and Victor Anastaia. My Grandfather Pasquale, had a brother Michael and was married to Sarah. Sarah's daughter married a lawyer Colucci. This is how the Colucci name come into our family. That is all I know. Are you related to the Colucci's in Buffalo? If you are, can you give me any more information on Anastasia name. If you feel we are in any way related. Charlene Anastasia Curr

I am the granddaugter of Pasquale Anastasia. My grandmother's name (Pat wife) was Madelina. My grandfather was born 11-19-1892 and died 2-1972. I am the daughter of his one son Anthony Anastasia. Who married Nancy (Landi) Anastasia in 1947. Pattsy (they called him) had 8 children.
Edith Pezzino (deceased) married to Phil Pezzino (deceased)
Theresa Pezzino (deceased) married to John Pezzino (deceased)The two sisters married the 2 brothers
Josephine Bova married to Edward Bova still living
Mary Provino (deceased) married to Joseph Provino (deceased)
Florence Julian married to (?)
Anthony Anastasia (deceased) married Nancy (Landi) Anastasia (deceased
Victor Anastasia (deceased) Married Jane -I believed is deceased

I think the other brothers name was Daniel and he lived in California

I am looking for anyone who could possibly be related to Thomas Romeo Anastasia. He was a police officer in the 60's through the early 80's (probably). He is in his 70's. He is married to Ana Anastasia(maiden name unknown). His children are Thomas Anastasia (alive) and Lisa Anastasia- Marino (deceased). His granchildren are Kaitlin Marie Anastasia, Avonlea Marie Anastasia (children of Thomas Anastasia and Karen Miller- Anastasa), Victoria Anne Marino, and Nicholas Marino (children of Robert Marino and Lisa Anastasia- Marino(deceased)) If anyone would like to contribute, please respond. My last name is Anastasia. However, I do not know of any family in Chicago, and I live in the Philadelphia area. I also don't know of any Rocco's. If he has any relation to Thomas Romeo Anastasia, though, I would be delighted to hear about it.

My grandparents name was Anastasia and we lived in Blue Island Illinois. However my grandparents passed away in the early 60's. I had several aunts and uncles, one named Rocco, however I am not sure of his middle name. My grandfather's name was Daniel Anastasia. All my aunts and uncles have passed also. coincidence???? My cousin Carmela Anastasia is married to Anthony Colucci. Our Anastasia heritage stems from San Fele, Italy Grandparents Michael and Carmela (Nardozzi) Anastasia who had children Anna, Freda, Vito, Angeline and Antoinette (all deceased). Antoinette was my mother. Michael Anastasia had 3 brothers, Louis, Pasquale and I cant recall the other one. They settled in Buffalo New York, where our Anastasia/Colucci marriage came about

Quarto is my grandfather, he came to the Us in 1913 from a small town near Rome,Italy. He had sons name Nick, Camielo, Albert, Angelo, a son named Augustine Valentino (my father and twin brother of Nick). They settled in or near Bellaire, Belmont County, Ohio. Most of the sons are dead and two daughters are alive Josephine. My father died when I was three so I do not know much about my family. My dad and his brother Nick's dad died before they were born and later my grandmother (I think her name was Camielo/a) married Quarto Anastasia and my Uncle Nick to his stepfather's name and my dad chose to keep the name Valentino. If some would please contact me with any information, I would greatly appreciate it. Quarto Anastasia was born November 15, 1879 and died January 1970, and my dad Augustine was born on August 1, 1901 and died on July 31, 1970 hours before his 70th birthday.
