He was in the military stationed in Germany during that time. His Parents lived in Stockton, CA. I know that he has a Uncle Joe that lived in LA in 1984. He also had a sister, but i dont remember her name, but she used to live in Sacramento. I know also that he was married before 1984 and has 2 daughters, one named Tiffany, the otherone maybe Alicia. We have a son, namend Benjamin Albert Artiaga, now 18 years old and also looking for his father. If we are looking for the same People, i found out that his parents passed away about 2 years ago.
