I have some Ashborne's from England in my ancestry:

William Ashborne (1353-1386) England
John Ashborne (1373-1410) Devon, England
Richard Ashborne (1390-) Hatley, Derbyshire, England
Anne Ashborne (1420-) Hatley, Derbyshire, England

Mary and William may be descendants of these four.

Anne married a Roger Winter and is the gggggggrandmother of William Winter (1666-) who was born in Bradenham, Buckingham, England and married Anne Boone coming to the U.S. where they had John Winter (1702-1728).

This is around the same time of your ancestors coming to the U.S., possibly one or two generations before mine.

Lee could be living now. He was the son of Eva Mae and William Lyle Ashbourne of Long Beach Ca. My Uncle was William Joseph Zack (wife-Mabel McCarl), the father of Eva Mae Ashbourne. I have old pictures and information for Lee.

Searching ancestry of Mary Ashbourne who came to American in the 1600s with husband, William Davy/Davie and lived in MD, migrating to VA>NC. It is said they were from Wales.
