Leo Gene Azure, 72, of Indianapolis, passed away June 17, 2008. He was born July 15, 1935 in Mobridge, South Dakota to Joe and Irene Robertson Azure. Leo served in the U.S. Army in Korea. He worked as an electrician, retiring in 2000. Leo was a member of IBEW # 481 and was a tribal member for Cheyenne Agency. Visitation will be held Friday, June 20 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Shirley Brothers Fishers-Castleton Chapel, 9900 Allisonville Rd., with funeral services Saturday at 12:00 p.m. Leo is survived by his wife, Marion; children, Lori, Lisa, Brenda, Shawnee, Deeanna, and Scott G., Sr.; siblings, Elouise, Maynard, and Amelia; 10 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; and siblings Louella, Rose, Emma, Alec, and Helen. Memorial contributions may be made to International Myeloma Foundation, 12650 Riverside Dr., Ste. 206, N. Hollywood, CA 91607.
