I am looking for any information about Robert Bain (Mac)b. 1828 d. 1878 who came to Johnstown, Pa from Dunfermline Scotland. He married in 1846 Mary Weir b. 1821 d. February 1871 also from Dunfermline, Scotland. They are buried in Grandview Cemetary in Johstown, Pa., Cambria Coo. They had five children Henrietta b. 2/2/1847 Dunfermline, Elizabeth (my g-grand mother) b. 12/10/1851 in Dunfermline married James S. Horner in 1851 (my g-great grandfather), Mary b. Johnstown, Pa., John A. b. 1860 in Johnstown, Pa. Cambria Co. d. 1944 married Theresa Miller in Braddock, Pa., Allegheny CoCo. in 1881, William Washington, b. October 6, 1858 d. 8/4/1891 in Pittsburgh, Pa. Allegheny Coo. married Elizabeth Jane Hughes in 8/14/1879. Robert Bain fought in the Civil War with the Pennsylvania 192nd.
