Found your post interesting. My g g grandfather was John B. Gay b: abt 1845, s/o Seburn/Seborn/Sebum Gay b: abt 1821, s/o Zorabable (various spelling on this) Gay b: abt Jun 13, 1755 married Celia A. CORBITT,Zorabable was the s/o Kinchen Gay b: abt 4 Sept 1735-1738. My grt grandmother was d/o John B. Gay, her name was Bettie Lee (Gay) Steagall. I have a male, B. BAKER b: abt 1797 VA. with 3 known children: Emily, Andrew, and Frances Elizabeth.
