Baldwin of Philadelphia or Chester PA

Surnames: Baldwin
I am looking for my Baldwin line in either Philadelphia or Chester Borough Pennsylvania. I am stuck on William Russell Baldwin, born in 1820. He married Eliza in Chester borough PA in Dec 1844 and had 7 children. From 1850 on he lived in Philadelphia. I cannot seem to find a way to locate his parents/siblings. Any help appreciated!!
