      <description>No. 1116-05&lt;br&gt;IMMEDIATE RELEASE 	October 30, 2005&lt;br&gt;DoD Identifies Army Casualty&lt;br&gt;            The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. &lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;            1st Lt. Debra A. Banaszak, 35, of Bloomington, Ill., died at Camp Victory, Kuwait, on Oct. 28, from noncombat related injuries.       <description>My father was Melvin Banaszak, his father was Walter Casimer Banaszak, my fathers mother was Irene Constance Smolinski.  My Grandfathers father was Casimer Anthony Banaszak and mother Anna Guzinski.  I'm pretty sure that Casimer and Anna were both from Poland or Russia but I am not sure.  I really do not think that they were born in the states.  Any information would be helpful.</description>
