I am looking for information on Jules Joseph Becquet He left France in 1908 or1909, His wifes name was Felicie.He had 2 brothers that I know of, they both stayed in France.He may have had sisters not sure. His father was Jean Baptiste Becquet.who is said to have had 40 children.if you have any information on these people that you can share with me it will be greatly appreciated

I notice your tracing the name Becquet, so i was wondering if you have information to share on the marriage on Jersey, Channel Islands.

My 2xgreataunt Ellen Mabel McFarling marriage to Joseph Clement Becquet sometime On Jersey sometime before 1950.

You might find your Becquet family in the Fort Wayne, IN.,area. There was a large Becquet family there in the late 1800s and also in the Detroit, MI. area in the early 1800s.

BECQUET -- Barbara passed away on March 6, 1996 in Vancouver after long and courageous struggle with cancer. She is survived by her loving husband, Alfred, and son, Stephen PHILLIPS of Bury, Lancashire, England. Barbara was born June 12, 1927 in Bury, Lancashire, England. She was a Deputy Head Teacher (Vice Principal) at Brandlesholme County Primary School, Lancashire. After emigrating to Canada in 1972, she worked at BCAA as Manager of the Membership Department until her retirement in 1988.
Barbara loved live, music and people. Her quick wit, humour and wisdom earned her the respect of all who knew her and loved her.
At Barbara's request, there will be no service. I would like to thank Dr. A. ELLISON, Dr. Judith PIKE and Dr. Beverley SPRING. A special thanks to the North Health Unit nurses, Gail, Barbara, Valerie, Monica and Laura. To the night nurse, Rivkah and Adam, thank you for your wonderful care and kindness.

my grandfathers name is Jules Becquet. I know that he had a few sisters and brothers.
My family called them by their french nicknames so I do not know their real names.
I think one was Julia. Jules later married a woman named Charlotte Banas. If you know
anything that will help me, please respond.i think they ay have been in the Houtzdale area
of Pa.
