I have Volunteer Enlistment paper for Nelson Benedict, born in Monroe Co. Ohio age 21. The enlistment was in town of Ransorn?? Hillsdale Co. Michigan on the first day of Aug 1862. Nelson was 21. This was found among my Aunts papers, she was married to a Harland P. Benedict, so I guess this Nelson must be some of his family. Would like to give this to a family menber.
