I have just started my Berrington family. All my relations are from Liverpool, starting off around the Everton area, then to Kirkdale and finally to Orrell / Bootle. However, the furthest I have got back is to when my GG GFATHER married Eliza Jones. Eliza was born Whitchurch??, Shropshire c 1836 if anybody thinks there might be a connection please get in touch

My paternal grandmother was Vera Berrington born Liverpool around 1900-1910. No idea who came before her or any of her siblings. Does that name figure in your records at all?

My grand father, Alfred Berrington, was born in 1904 and I know he had brothers and sisters but I haven't been able to trace them as he died about 6 years ago and I never got a chance to ask him about them but as soon as I know if your Grand mother is in any way connected I'll get back in touch as I have got as far back as 1833 on the male side of the family

My Maternal Grandmother was Ruth Berrington born 1883 in Toxteth Park area of Liverpool Merseyside. She married Joseph Lofthouse in 1902 in Toxteth Park area. She lived there for some years but moved to 26 Watts Lane Bootle till her death in 1963 - My familiy lived in 12 Patricia Grove Orrell till they moved to Maghull in 1961 - Has anyone got any connectons to Joseph Lofthouse or Ruth Berrington please get in touch thanks

HI peter, Am researching the name Berrington aas that was my Grandmothers maiden name- I have a William Thomas Berrington born in West Derby aroun 1880 and Married in 1900 in Toxteth Park - GRO records numbers are William :_ 3rd quater Tozteth 1900 8b - 524 for his marriage. His birth is West Derby 1880 8b - 220 3rd quater-
