Hello again Charlotte,
All the early inoformation I have was taken from Warren Robbins' book on the Betts Family. I really didn't take time to compare the birth dates, but I can see now that there is a definite gap in the family. Sorry for not seeing it sooner. If you find out anything on your search, please let me know. In the meantime, I will do some tracking on my own as well. As you say, maybe some didn't want to be found.
