Today would have benn my father's 70th birthday. He passed 19 years ago this coming Dec.. I am still with the same road block as I was back then so here goes again. Maybe someone new has come to the board that might be able to help or at least point me in a direction I may have missed.

His birth certificate says his father was William Henry BETTS age 21 (@ my dad's birth) , birthplace Iowa and that he was an unemployed salesamn. My dad was born at King Co. Hosp. My grandmother's residence was 1412 21st Ave. So.
