Mark (Marcus) Billings was shown on Con 4, lot 27 in 1830. In 1842 the plat map shows Widow Billings on that lot. In 1878 the owners were E Billings and N Billings. The widow is Theda (Spencer) Billings, Mark's mother. I believe that the E Billings is Edsil Billings, Mark's brother, but can anyone tell me who N Billings is?
