I noticed you have Lucinda Netherlin and Harmon's marriage date as 1857 elsewhere on the web. However, the 1850 census shows Harmon, b. 1827, age 23, and Lucinda, 17, born 1833in MO as well as a daughter, Martha. Since the 1870 census shows wife Lucy, age 40, born in AR, perhaps he was married to two different women named Lucinda. This could explain the three year difference in ages, as well as the different birth places.
I had always chalked this up to census error, but the recent postings which differed from the information about Lucinda Cox being Harmon's wife, that I have received from Cox/Cantrell researchers, suggests that Harmon was married to two differenty Lucy's.
I posted this on WWW.Ancestry.Com Bingham page, as well as Genforum and hopefully we can sort out the facts.
