I do not know where Caraquet is located. What if any information are you looking for on the family tree? There are many variations of the surname. Some of my great grandfathers family acquired the Bisso name around the 1890's. I am not sure how or why? Originaly Bezeau/Vezeau on most papers. May be an error from census and government recorders, but it is on many documents of that time frame. I have researched documents showing the same family information, but with last name spelled phonetically different. I know there are Bisso's which many are of Italian descent. May be related from centuries ago, possibly families traveling back and forth between the two countries. In order for me to see if any connection I would need more info from you about your family, any ancestral info, were family from, uncles, aunts, grandparents (paternal). Joseph is one of many common names used.
