My ancestor Christian Brunsvik came from Denmark in 1798 to South Shields. He changed his name to Brunswick. I found two other famillies of the name in England who came from Germany around this time,
Unfortunately we do not appear to have a Sarah in our tree. I seem to remember finding a Thomas Brunswick around 1839 (death?birth ? ) in Durham.
