I am searching for info regarding a John Buick of Knockboy, Antrim, Ireland. He is the father of my grt gr father-in-law, Samuel Buick. Samuel married Mary Gordon at Broughshane, Antrim, Nth Ireland. I do not have any knowledge as to whom the wife of John was. Samuel & Mary had many children with 3 emigrating to New Zealand.
Any info regarding this Buick line would be much appreciated.

Anyone following this line or the Filmer and Robertson families, also connected (from 1500's) I am waiting to hear from you and will do what I can do to help.

Grandparents: Richard BAILEY and Susan BUICK/BEWICK
Robert BRASS and Sarah BOWRAN
Susan Buick/Bewick was born abt 1812 in Chester le Street, Durham County, England and she died abt Oct 1889. If anyone has run across a Susan Buick/Bewick in their research I would like to hear from you as I have only this little bit of information on her.

I am searching for information about an Edmond Buick who married a Edna Edna Erle Ashby born July 1894 in Indiana. He would have been born about 1870 to 1890 and the marriage would have been after 1918. There was an Edmond D. Buick 1877 in Vigo county Indiana in 1930 census. I don't know if this is him.

Can anyone help me trace a William Henry Buick? He died in 1957 at the age of 74 so I'm putting his birth at round 1883.

I know he was born in Scotland and we are told it was Glasgow but then the family moved to London. He married Agnes Smith but unable to find anything on marriage index. They had there first child in 1921. Agnes we believe had been married before and could have possibly used the name Amos but again we are not sure. I'm very new to this so any help anyone is able to give would be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone help please!! trying to find entry of marriage for William Henry Buick born circa 1883 to a Agnes Smith born circa 1885 we are told they where both born in Scotland (Glasgow and Aberdeen). We think Agnes may have been married before and her married name was Amos. Really would appreciate any help, I've tried Scottish People but not had much look.

I am trying to find out more about James Buick and Agnes Robertson, who married in St. Vigeans, Scotland in 1820. I understand that some of their descendants may have moved to England or Ireland. James and Agnes were my great, great grandparents and I would like to find out who James`s parents were - I have three possible sets of parents at the moment! If anyone can help I would love to hear from you. Also, if anyone knows anything of a Francis Ann Filmer, born Canterbury 1825 (married John Buick) or Sarah Harwood, born somewhere in England in 1842 (I know it is a long shot - she married someone with the surname of Littledike, but I do not know the Christian name) I would be pleased to hear.

Catherine Buick was born about 1843 in Belfast or thereabouts, Antrim Ireland. Her father's name was John.
We don't know where he came from. Catherine married William John Eccles in 1863 in Belfast and migrated to New Zealand in 1874.

JOHN E BUICK III
Funeral services were held in San Francisco yesterday for John E. Buick III, a member of the Butch Whacks and the Glass Packs musical group, which gained fame in the 1970's and '80's doing 1950's rock and roll and comedy.
Mr. Buick died Thurdsay, he was 36.
A third generation San Franciscan, he was the son of Joan and Hohn E. Buick Jr. of San Francisco.
Other survivors include four brothers, James, Daniel, Peter and Michael Buick; four sisters, Jeanne Buick, Sally Maciejewski, Ann Mac Donough and Lorna Arnautoff; and his grandmother, Marguerite Hallinan.
The family prefers contributuions to St. Mary's College Scholarship Fund, PO Box 4300, St Marys, 94575.
A mass of Christian burial was celbrated yesterday at St. Cecelias's Church. Burial was at Holy Cross Cemetery.
