This is in reference to finding relatives and/or descendants of the Burkhard/Klessig marriage that originated in South Manitowoc County, Wisconsin between Emma Amelia Friedericke (Klessig) and Edgar Gottlieb Burkhardt, Sr., on 08 Dec 1919.

The family moved to Milwaukee County (date unknown) and four known children were born.

Edgar Gottlieb Burkhardt, Jr. (b. 1923), married Clara (Block)
William Burkhardt (b. 1927), married Mary Jean (Guerin)
James Burkhardt (b. 1930), married Mary Jane (Main)

This family was from Horgen, Zimmern, Germany.

Valentin's parents were Wendelin (1799 - 1863) and Maria (NIBEL) BURKARDT of Horgen.

Wendelin Burkardt's parents were Christianus "Josephus" (1770 - 1849)and Magdalena (ALBRECHT)

Christianus "Joseph" parents were Christiani and Sabinae (MUENK/MINCK)also of Horgen, Zimmern, Germany.

Searching for Burkhardt siblings from Cook Cnty, IL

Conrad Keith Burkhardt searching for his younger siblings, Stephen, Melody, Carol, Alan Burkhardt. All born in the 50's in Cook County, IL. Parents were Robert Burkhardt and Juanita Beryl Grenneau. Conrad would love to reunite with you if only by phone. Parents divorced and the children lived with grandmother for a time. Older ones stayed while others were split up. Alan was adopted by Camp family. Some or others may also have been adopted. The following are birth dates (not sure if any but Conrad's are accurate: Conrad b. Sep 27, 1953 in Evergreen Park, IL. Carol L., Dec 1, 1956. Melody, 1954. Steven, 1958. Another brother, Robert b. 1959 & died of leukemia.

I am seeking information on the parents of Henry Burkhardt born about 1850 in Mauer Zurich Switzerland.
Parents Johann Burkhardt & Barbara Malcovich
Henry travelled to Australia in 1871 he married Maria Stelzmayer daughter of Johann Stelzmayer & Wilhelmine Strobel. Maria was born in Pfaffikon Zurich abt 1852.
They married within a few days of arriving in Australia so may have know each other before leaving Hamberg.
Any information greatly appreciated.

Jacob's father was John Burkhardt b. 1783 in PA
Jacob and Sarah had 9 children born in Ohio, Indiana and Nebraska. Jacob and Sarah died in Nebraska - most of their children lived out their lives also in Nebraska. I'm looking for any info on Jacob's parents, siblings, and their lives. Any info is greatly appreciated.
