Arthur, sorry it took so long to get back. I've been off the air for a while. Some of these names are on my family history sheets, but I haven't checked them all out yet. I'm just starting on the Buxton's, but my information has them as Cherokee and that they came here at the same time as the Dials, Perkins, and Johnsons.
