Surnames: buxton, johnson, ashworth,doyle
Dash? are you sure that is the correct spelling? i am in this lineage of Dial's Ashworth's, Buxtons, Johnsons. And the other name i noticed was Quachita ?
I believe the correct spelling is Ouachitta, and we do have Cherokee and Choctaw ,Mulattta, nationalities.
If your spellings are correct, please forgive me, because maybe the Keziah( Indian lady, beginning of ) married James Sr. or Thompson Lorain Ashworth, and then it comes on down to the Buxton.
They just had only 18 children. lol !
Anyways, we are kin somehow. lol !
ps. All my immediate family were born in and around the Beauregard,Calcasieu Parish.
But I am DESPERATELY looking for my Grandpa Eli Buxton, i just always get a DEAD END . Got any info ?
