Thomas was transported on the Tottenham and arrived in Sydney, Australia in 1818 he married Jane Thompson in 1821 and had two children Eliza and Thomas Jnr. He then married Ann Hence in 1828 and had a son Francis. When he arrived in Australia he was known as Thomas "Buckton", but in the 1828 census of NSW he was listed as Buxton and lived at Campbell St Sydney as a Brewer. He died in 1830 in a jail cell of suffocation. Ann Hence then moved to Newcastle with her son Francis, and Eliza and Thomas went to live in Windsor. Looking for any relatives to exchange information.
