I am looking for my dads family - My dads name was Mateo Cabello and his dad was Jose Cabello. Jose married my grandmother - Francisca Cortez. They lived in Texas for a short while - then my grandfather - Jose Cabello went back to Mexico. Anyone with information? (Monterrey)

I am from England and looking for descendants of Jose Cabello Fernandez who was killed in Malaga around 1872-3.
This is the story:
Jose Cabello Fernandez is my Great, Great, Great Grandfather and by all accounts was a Spanish Diplomat / Ambassador (we're not quite sure of his correct title) in London aroun the 1870's. At the time of his untimely death, approx 1872-3 he was living in Malaga, Spain.

Jose was obviously a very privileged person in those days (c1870's) he was some kind of high ranking ambassador for Spain, based in London and this is where he met Albert March, my Great Great Grandfather. Albert was a master bricklayer and Jose invited him to re-build (or build) their villa in Spain. This is where and when Albert met and fell in love with Jose's daughter Maria. (Maria Delores Cabello De Jesus Hurtado, born in Malaga, Spain in 1854-5)

During the time that Albert was in Spain, Jose was murdered during some civil uprising (we don't know what kind of civil unrest, but approximate the date to be 1872-3), The story goes he was jumped on from a tree whilst riding his horse and he was stabbed to death. After Maria witnessed the murder of additional family memebers, Albert and Maria fled Spain to England via France.

They married in 1873 in England and Maria lived there for the rest of her life; as far as we know there was no contact with her family (if any survived) in Spain. Albert and Maria had 12 children and I am descended from one of them.

I am very much hoping to locate a living descendant of what was left of Maria's (my) family in Spain.

Maria de la Paz Alquiciria nacio en 1873 murió 1965 en Tepepan, Distrito Federal. La hija de Juan Francisco Alquicira y de Marta Isabel Rios. Maria se caso con Miguel Cabello, el 12 de marzo de 1888 en la Iglesia de Santa María Tepepan, San Bernardino De Sena, Xochimilco. Tengo documento de la unión. La información está al mejor de mi conocimiento.

I am trying to find out information on my Great Grandparents: Lazaro Cabello and Rosa Robledo. They were married in Mexico. They had a civil ceremony on 2 Feb 1876 in Huanimaro, Guanajuato, Mexico. Their religious ceremony was held at San Francisco De Asis, Penjamo, Guanajuato, Mexico on 17 April 1877.

They had one daughter that I can confirm by the name of Maria Conception born 8 Dec 1893 in Mexico.

Mrs. Maria Concepcion Ramos, 84, 407 West Ave. B, died at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital Friday afternoon. Born Dec. 8, 1893, in Mexico, she had been a resident of Hutchinson since 1919. Her husband, Eladio, died in 1945.

Member: Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.

Survivors: Daughter, Mrs. Rosemary Valdez, Los Angeles; sons, Lawrence, 497 West B; Joe, 328 West C; Tony, Colorado Springs; 18 grandchildren; one great grandchildren.

Mi bisabuelo Andres Cabello también era de Granada, el partió de España y fue para a Argentina (ciudad de Mar del Plata), donde nació mi abuelo Raphael Cabello. Después elles vinieron para o Brasil (ciudad de São Paulo), donde nació mi padre Antonio Cabello y yo. Mi bisabuela se llamaba Pilar Gimenez Muro y ella era de Málaga (Espanã). Yo estoy muy feliz por saber que tu padre también es de Granada. Tal vez nossotros somos parientes! ¿Quién sabe?

El abuelo de mi papá se llamó Teodoro Alquicira nació en 1860-?, aproximadamente, en el pueblo de Santa Cruz Acalpixca Xochimilco y mi abuelo Damián Alquicira Romero nacio aprox. en 1885, (solamente tuvo un hermano llamado Miguel quien tuvo 3 hijos: Alicia, Mela, Juan) el se caso con Ricarda Zanabria Meza y tuvieron 8 Hijos: Rufina, Albina, Desiderio,Virginia, Ramón, Maria de la Paz, Rosa y Gilberto.
Gilberto Alquicira Zanabria se caso con Teresita Palacios. Actualmente mis padres tienen 73 años.
Te agradeceremos mucho si nos mandas más de la información que reunas.
