Surnames: Carter,Gross,Jackson
Looking for David B Carter's biological father. David went by his step father's last name Gross until he became an adult. David's mother's name was Gedida Mary Jackson also born in WV. His step father's name was William Gross. According to family lore David's biological father was from England and went back around David's birth. Not sure if this is accurate. Would like his first name or something!! I have nothing to go off of.
