Searching for info on Jack Carter, PLEASE HELP
I am looking for info on my father and prohaps some on his family. My father was bornin either Detroit or Warren, MI between 1952 and 1954. I beleive it was Jan of 1954. I was born in Va in 1975. My parents divoriced in Dec 1976. The Last I heard of my father was 1987. He was in Ca. I have no where to start with his family than the info above. His mothers name I beleive is Stella. His Grandmother was Gertie Phelps. I think this is a married name.
