My mother, Rosa Casiano, had about 8 or 9 siblings. She is from the area of Yauco & Guanica. Her father was Remigo Casiano and her mother Antonia Quinones. Her grandmother's name was Dominga Casiano, an ex-slave, who made good by owning property, etc and raising all those children.

That is so cool. Wel, we also have blue eyes in the family. not me of course!! jajaja,, my brother's in PR (Lajas) I have another sis in La PARGUERA, and my brother lives in el Valle. I have two other sisters here in NYC (El Barrio) and one other bro in N Mexico My niece have a boat rental business in La Parguera, maybe you know her (Gina Cordero) I live in Staten Island

My great great great great grandfather was Juan Manual Casiano originally from San German but moved his family in the early 1800's to the newly formed town of Sabana Grande. Casiano if you want to fine out about ur last name go to (historical resaerch center)...My father did and they send us ..family name history....Casiano come from the south part of italy...check it out..Radames Casiano Jr. at ur service..

Hello. I am trying to find information on Carmen Caciano/Casiano b. 1881. She is listed as divorced in 1920 census but has four young children by either Martin or Juan Jose Feliberty out of wedlock. Story is that she died and the children were given away. I have a Carmen Casiano de Vasquez in 1910 with four different children while married to married to Evangelisto Vasquez. 1920 census shows the Caciano y Vasquez children with another Vasquez family member. I think this might be same Carmen. Her parents I have as Manuel Casiano and Juana Rosado of San German. Carmen lived in San German and, in 1920, lived in Mayaguez in her own home right next to various Feliberty family members. Any information would be greatly appreciated. My grandmother was one of the four Caciano y Feliberty children that were given away. She spent 20 years in the Asilo de Pobres - until she married in 1940. Just trying to find my ancestors.

I am looking for information about Carmen Caciano from San German, PR. She lived in Mayaguez in 1920 and had four children. Story is she died and the children were given away. I believe the children were born out of wedlock. The father is either Juan Jose Feliberty or Martin Feliberty. Carmen and her children lived among the Felibertys in Mayaguez. The census report states that she was divorced in 1920. My grandmother was one of the four that was given away. Trying to piece together the pieces of this puzzle. I have a Carmen Caciano that was married to Evangelista Vasquez in 1910 with four/five Caciano y Vasquez children from that union. Carmen's parents are Juana Rosado and Manuel Caciano of San German, PR. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

My late uncle's name was Salome Casiano from the Carrizo Springs area. He supposedly had a child name Julio Casiano. (Espinoza was the other surname used in the family.)

I am Hilton Casiano (Tito) ex wife. I believe you are his nephew. I have 2 sons, Michael and David Casiano they are your cousins. I believe you are Nery;s son? Carmen is Michael's godmother and Tito's niece. Amparo was Carmen's mother. write back so we stay in touch

I've been wondering the samething for years and after helping my grandmother move something I found an old letter my great great grandmothers name on it only the the spelling was C-A-C-C-I-A-N-O it was dated 1881 they were from Mexico but not much is know about her or her family from before that date

I'm April Casiano, daughter of Demetrous Casiano. His father was Carlos Casiano. Carlos had a sister, Lucila (not sure about the spelling). Carlos was married to Julia. Carlos and Julia lived in Laredo, TX and Calumet City, IL. That's about where I begin to get lost. I know there are a lot of cousins out there. I'm just trying to get names written down. Please help.

the only casiano's i know of are; Roberto, Ysedio, Delfino, Elvira, Ninfa, Lucilla, Jose, Carlos. There are more casiano's in texas that i am trying to research, not sure if Alejandro is one of them.

Hello, I hope the info I'm about to share will be of help to all concerned. First of all, my Grandparents are from Mayaques, PR. Their names are Miguel Fores and Maria Celina Casiano-Mercado. My Great Grandparents, on my Mother's side are Pablo Mercado and Caterina or (Katerina) Casiano. They settled in San Herman, PR., in the late 1800's. This is as far as i can go for now.
