I beleave my grandpa was from sinaloa and my grandma was from there also her name was maria casarez.....I know my family history is from mexico...I wish i knew what tribe i'm from my says i"m from the tribe apache....please if you have any info it will help alot.. thank you.

There are alot of Cazares. I am Margaret Cazares Apodaca. My father is Marcus Cazares and Angelina Cazares. My grandfather was Augustine Cazares and Cynaida Cazares. Siblings: My Dad, Augustine, Molly, Teresa, Lupe and Sally. My Grandfather's brother married my Grandmother's sister. They had siblings: Ben, Dan & a sister (don't remember her name) ...
Sound familiar? I just recently found a relative and we have been emailing each other. Do these names sound familiar to anyone? My father is now 90 years old.

I was married to Philip Cazares and his grandparents were Augustin and Cenyaida Cazares. I am doing family history from my grandson. I have each grandparents family and I would like to verify the information or get more info if you are willing to share your info.

My grandfather was also from San Gregorio, Michoacan and his name was Salvador Cazares. Wether there is any relation or not I'm not sure. I just thought this was interesting because its not a very common last name.

I have new information due to ancestry.com. I believe I have found my grandfather in teh 1930 census as a baby (I knew his bday was 8/2/1928). A few interesting finds though - I grew up knowing his name as Jesse but I now believe it is Jesus (think he Americanized it - he's very shady about his past). In the 1930 census, he is living in Laredo, Webb County, TX. The head of the house is Juan Casares, wife Julia, children - Blasa, Manuel, Teofila, Juana, Josefina, Ascension (I think my gg father), his wife Antonia Segura Casares and their son Jesus (my gfather. In some other documents, I found connections to Linares, MX. I notice a lot of posts on here referencing Linares and Casares so maybe we are looking for some of the same people. I also know my grandfather had two brothers but probably not born in 1930 yet - John and Paul according to him but may have actually more hispanic names. i also know he has a half sister - Irma (married name Gonzalez) who was in California. I would love to talk to her. If this rings any bells to anyone, let me know.

My father is Cazares and he was from tampico tamaulipas. his mother puerto rican last name Lopez and his father spanish decent (Cazares) I liv in Texas. ive only met 3 other people with Cazares and same spelling. :)

The alvarados and Cazarez are around, Zamora, ario and small towns of the region. My mother is Cazarez. all the alvarados That. were from Michoacan and I know were related. My grandmother was alvarado. Google Zamora.

I am looking for any one that knew Rodolfo Rodriguez-Cazares AKA;Aguilera. His 1st wife was Amelia Mendolia and a son;Pedro Cazares.
His 2nd wife which he married under the name:Rodolfo Aguilera, they had 2 sons;Roberto and Antonio Aguilera.
His 3rd wife was Enriqueta Cazares, no children.

My name is Cindy Casarez but the rest of my family's is spelled as Cazares, they screwed up in the social security office. I'm from Texas and my father is from Saltillo Coahuila. His mother's name was Antonia Cardona and his father's name was Reymundo Cazares. My father has a deceased brother named Ramon and step siblings that possibly recide in Mexico city. I know that one of his step sisters works in mexico as a police officer.

I'm trying to find more information on my grandfather's side of the family. His name was Luis Cazares Alvarado. He was from San Gregorio, Michoacan. He was killed around 1950 so I don't have much information. His parents were Pedro Cazares and Carmen Alvarado. I know he had an uncle named Rafael Alvarado and he was a widow with 6 or 7 kids. Any Cazares from that area?

Where is El Cafe, Michoacan exactly? My granfather's name was Luis Cazares Alvarado and I believe he was born in San Gregorio, Michoacan. I never met him, he was killed before my mom was born around 1950. His parents were Pedro Cazares and Carmen Alvarado.

My grandparents were also from Chihuahua, Mexico. I believe most of the Cazares family were from that city, and there are relatives everywhere when they came to Los Angeles. It is so hard to track down. My grandmothers sister had two sons name Ben Cazares and Daniel Cazares. The family is HUGE!!

Hello all, I am new to this site and have just begun researching my grandfather's roots. I grew up thinking he was native american but now know he is Mexican but i know very little about his background. His name is Jesse Casares but we think it was originally spelled Cazarez or Cazares an he changed the spelling when he went into the service. He grew up on a ranch in Laredo Texas where his family ran a general store but lives in Philadelphia where I am from. A while ago, my mother talked to a stepsister of his in CA who told us his parents were from "deep in Mexico" and their names were Acsencion (spelling?) and Concepcion. He did not keep in touch with his family and I don't talk to him now so this is kind of hard. I thought it would help me get started if someone knows if this surname is common to a particular area/state in Mexico

Curious.

I'm a Cazares. My father is Andy (Andres) Cazares. I don't know his parents names, only know that they were murdered circa 1960.

However I do know I've a cousin named Joe Cazares.

My father's side of the family extends quite a bit. He knows of at least ten other siblings. His older siblings have mentioned several others that my father's never met.

My father was born in San Benito, TX. Some of his siblings, and possibly his parents, were born in Mexico.

Possibly the same?

I hope somebody out there is reading this. I am the grandson of Ezekiel Jose Hernandez from Linares NL, Mexico. We know of Vicente Abramo and his family. My mother and his daughters are first cousins, and grew up together. We know he was from Italy. What else is known about the Hernandez of Linares? Please Reply!!!
