Gary, I am descended from Christopher Clark who was born in 1766 in Lincoln Co.NC. His family at sometime went to Kentucky and he married Elizabeth Adams 12-25-1788 in Lincoln Co. KY. They had 6 children; James, Sarah, Catherine, David, Hannah, and Elizabeth all born in Ky. Sometime during the early 1800's they migrated to MO. Elizabeth died before they reached MO. and Christopher settled with his children in MO. Four of the children went to Texas as adults. If this could be your line let me know. I have more information.
