Location of Lebanon Cemetery: Muscadine in Cleburne Co

Does anyone know the location of Lebanon Cemetery? My great grand parents William Reno McDonald and wife Emeline are buried there according to their death certificates.
I would like to visit there if I can learn the location and directions. I know they lived in a community by the name of Fruithurst, Cleburne Co. William McDonald was born in Ga.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Sam McDonald
