I was happy to come across the discussion on Sara and Ben Clevenger of New Market, Alabama, as I am beginning to pull together my father's family history. Sara and Ben were my father's (Lambert Clevenger) grandparents. I'm still a little fuzzy on details and don't have much to offer myself, but my father might be able provide answers to specific questions. Would love to hear from other Clevengers. Does anyone know which country the Clevengers originated from, and when this particular branch came to the United States? Thanks!
